Your fleet

PCs

This section let you manage your Shadow PC fleet.

If you haven't already done so, you can create your first machine using the create_button_en.png button and associate it with one of your members.

You will also be able to see which PC is associated with which user and view the status of your PCs.

Users

This page will allow you to have an overview of the users in your Shadow space. You will be able to see which members have already been activated and what rights they have.

It is also from this section that you can invite new members to your space using the create_user_en.png button.

Settings

My Shadow PC

This page contains information about your own Shadow PC. You will find information about your subscription type and the amount of storage assigned to your PC.

Account

This page allows you to access and update your account information if needed:

  1. Account information

    In this section, you can download your personal information data and modify the following information:

    • Your email address

    • Your first and last name

    • Your phone number

    • Your password

  2. Your company

    In this section, you can modify the following information:

    • Your company name

    • The associated VAT number

  3. Billing information

    In this section, you can add a payment method. This action is required in order to create a new Shadow PC.
    You also have the possibility to consult your billing address.

    To change your billing address, please contact support.


  4. Invoices

    You can find your billing history here.

  5. Manage your privacy preferences

    Here you can change your cookie preferences.

Support

This page gives you access to our documentary resources: the Helpcenter and our FAQ.

As an administrator, you are the only one who can contact our support team. You will therefore find a "Contact us" section where you can submit your tickets to our teams.

This tab is a redirection to our page https://shadow.tech/download where you can download our applications for your different devices and also access the different versions of the applications. (Alpha version, Beta...).
