Accepted Payment Methods for Shadow

You can pay for your Shadow PC, Shadow Drive, and other subscriptions or services with the following:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express debit or credit cards

  • Paypal and PayPal Express Checkout

  • Google Pay

Shadow is available in the following countries: United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, and Spain.

We accept PayPal and PayPal Express Checkout.

We also offer a PayPal virtual wallet solution, which grants you the ability to make your purchase without having to input your bank details.

Note: Please note that if you are not a PayPal user, PayPal will invite you to sign up for an account to speed up your new transactions, but it is not required.

PayPal & PayPal Express Checkout can also be used to automatically pay your subscription each month, as long as you use a card stored in PayPal. Other PayPal means are not available for the auto-renewal.

Your first payment must be paid upfront to start your Shadow PC or Drive subscription. The payment is completed once your Shadow PC or Drive has been activated and delivered, and the subscription will be billed on the same day each month thereafter.

To avoid any payment-related service interruptions, your subscription will be automatically renewed each month using the same payment method you used to place your order. You may change your payment method at any time.

PayPal & PayPal Express Checkout can also be used to automatically pay your subscription each month, as long as you use a card stored in PayPal. Other PayPal means are not available for auto-renewal.

No commitment is required, and you are free to cancel the service at any time.

⚠️ Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. The remaining time on your Shadow PC will not be refunded.

Here's a list of the most common reasons your payment may have failed:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Authorization required

  • Incorrect billing information

  • Incorrect payment information

  • High risk and fraud

Unless an imperative statutory provision provides otherwise, Shadow will not make any refund due to the termination of the Services.
