Shadow X Freebox Delta

Updated

We have verified problems connecting to Shadow from the Freebox Delta.

These problems will lead to slowdowns and packet loss on your line, and therefore disruptions in your use of Shadow.

If you are using a FreeBox Delta, try the following:

  1. Disable 4G aggregation: this uses 4G in addition to your connection, which can cause instabilities on your network.

  2. Request a Full stack IP from Free: your IP will no longer be shared between several users.

  3. If these two previous actions did not correct your problem and you were connected via wire, try to connect via WiFi.

If the slowdowns on your Shadow persist after these workarounds, we invite you to connect via another line to see if the problem persists.
