We are considering adding other solutions transfer such as Google Drive and One Drive.

How to migrate your data from Dropbox to Shadow Drive

Access the Web version.

Click the Data Migration button on top of your screen.

Click "Dropbox" to access the instructions if you don't know how to retrieve the Dropbox access code.

Access the Data migration page to include your Dropbox access code.

You can follow the status of your migration directly on Shadow Drive.

You will receive a notification on Shadow Drive when the migration is complete.

  • The maximum file size that can be transferred on Shadow Drive is set to 20GB.

  • 500MB of files are downloaded each time the import job is triggered server side (every 1-2 min).

  • File transfer speed is influenced by the number of files and their size.
