This offer can be purchased via our Shadow PC Enterprise or Shadow PC Pro portal.

The following Features are not supported with Shadow PC Essential:

  • Video playback is degraded or sometimes impossible due to the lack of GPU.

  • Limited to 16 FPS for the moment.

FAQ

If you subscribe to the Shadow PC Essential Offer via the Shadow PC Enterprise portal, you can manage this PC via the Shadow Manager.

The Shadow Manager is currently not available with Shadow PC Pro.

If you subscribed via the Shadow PC Enterprise portal, you will have to unsuscribe from your current Offer, then subscribe to the Shadow PC Essential Offer on your account space.

If you subscribed via the Shadow PC Pro portal, you can directly switch Offers via your account space.

Yes, you can manage Shadow PCs with the Shadow PC Essential Offer on the Shadow Manager if you subscribe via the Shadow PC Enterprise portal.

The Shadow Manager is currently not available with Shadow PC Pro.

Shadow PCs with the Shadow PC Essential Offer can be located on every data center as long as there is enough place to set up a new Shadow PC in it.

The highest supported resolution is 2560 x 1600.
