  • Shadow Box: You will need more manipulations :

  1. Unscrew and remove the metal base first.

  2. Slide the white leds support outwards:

  3. Unscrew the rear part of the box

  4. Gently remove the motherboard

  5. To reassemble the box, do the reverse manipulation

My Shadow box starts in the BIOS menu.

If you get this screen every time you start your Shadow Box, it means that the Micro SD card (which contains Shadow's operating system) is unreadable.

In most cases, this is linked to simply disengaging this SD card.

This problem can be fix simply by snapping the card back into its base as the image below :

My screen is stuck or I have an error message when I try to launch my Shadow Box.

It is possible that a simple restart of your Shadow Box can solve the problem.

However, if the error message or the frozen screen (shown below) continue to appear, the problem may be with the fan.

The problem can be fixed simply by looking to see if something is blocking the fan. Usually, the case will make a louder noise. It is therefore advisable to clean it in order to clean it.. For this, you can use a dust cloth, a cotton swab, a brush and / or a spray of dry air..

Also remember to see if the fan's power connector is properly econnected on the motherboard as the photo below:

It is possible that this kind of problem will also appear if the device inside your box is not stable. In this case, remember to screw the motherboard securely to the elements of the box to make sure nothing is moving inside.
